Help a ChildWhy CURE

Hi, we are CURE International

We are a global Christian nonprofit organization that owns and operates a network of eight charitable children’s hospitals in Africa and the Philippines. Our hospitals provide surgical care for children from 23 additional countries. With your help, we can ensure that every child has access to the life-changing healthcare they desperately need.

Who We Are

Free Surgery for Kids

We serve children with disabilities living in poverty, providing world-class surgical services through our eight hospitals—at no cost to families.

Compassionate Christian Care

We demonstrate the love of Jesus to children through every step of their healing journey.

Strengthen Health Systems

We train future doctors, nurses, and technicians to serve across their nations for decades to come.

Advocate for Vulnerable Children

We work alongside local pastors and leaders to prevent the abuse and neglect of children living with disabilities.

How We Work

Our work reflects the hands, feet, and heart of Christ by preventing treatable conditions from becoming life-long disabilities and introducing children to God’s love.

Ara Jane’s Story of Transformation

“I think being left behind when my friends go out is one of the hardest things for me, so I pray I will be able to stand and walk and do all the things that I hope to do,” says Ara Jane.

- Joni Eareckson Tada, Founder and CEO of Joni & Friends
"Kids right now who can’t walk, they’re being carried, who can’t go outside because their faces look different…they get to be kids again. Because of CURE… because of you and me and everyone else involved, kids will be kids again, and be able to walk and run. "
-Chris Tomlin, Christian music artist
"CURE is truly bringing new hope to hundreds of thousands of families, while also sharing the love of Christ."
